Paul Getty Museum (&#8220;The Getty&#8221;)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/yongpong\/sets\/72157613537011404\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Exhibition Pavilions and Central Garden\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3317\/3266326700_3ebb14abde_d.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cygnetscada.com\">CygNet<\/a> party included a trip to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.getty.edu\/visit\/\">The Getty<\/a> followed by an awesome dinner banquet in Santa Barbara. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Chris and I spent almost the entire time there wandering outside taking pictures of the scenery, architecture (amazing) and random things scattered around the grounds.<\/p>\n<p>I was worried that it would be a horrible day for pictures as it was pouring rain the entire bus ride down, but as soon as we arrived the clouds broke and the rain stopped. \u00a0It ended up being perfect weather for strolling around and taking pictures. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I found out that admission to The Getty is 100% free. \u00a0Parking costs $10 per car, and the food court has normal-priced food. \u00a0Its amazing, the only tourist-type place that i&#8217;ve been to that doesn&#8217;t cost an arm and a leg to visit. \u00a0I definitely would recommend this visit to anyone! \u00a0And I only barely touched on part of the photography exhibit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s annual CygNet party included a trip to The Getty followed by an awesome dinner banquet in Santa Barbara. \u00a0 Chris and I spent almost the entire time there wandering outside taking pictures of the scenery, architecture (amazing) and random things scattered around the grounds.
